Pool Entry Prices, include access to AURA for the duration of your chosen time slot, allocated seating with the minimum spend commitment.
Front row beds have bed charge.

Complimentary changing facilities and lockers are available. No outside food or drinks are permitted.
For reservations inclusive of a minimum spend, any unredeemed amount on the day is non-refundable, non-transferable and shall be forfeited.

Age Policy: Guests below 15 years of age are not allowed access pool at any time of the day. Proof of identification is required, failure to provide such documentation may result in refused entry. 15 to 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
Bookings 7 days in advance will be subject to re-confirmation if a private event has been booked for the full venue.

Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times. Management reserves the right to deny any guest in inappropriate swimwear.
Acceptable swimwear: one-piece/two-piece swimsuit, speedo, rash guard, board shorts and burkini. Unacceptable swimwear: abayas, sarees, cotton tops/bottoms, jeans, long pants, undergarments, street clothing and sheer/see-through items or other material deemed inappropriate.
Restaurant area can be accessed only by guests wearing clothes.

AURA shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the guest using any of the facilities, the pool, the lounge or the changing rooms.

Food takeaway is not available.

By attending our events, you grant us explicit permission to capture, record, and use any photos, videos, or other content featuring your likeness, voice, or image for promotional, marketing, or other lawful purposes. This consent is given without expectation of compensation or notification, and it applies to all media formats, now known or hereafter developed.

Guests are welcome to take personal photos during their visit. However, professional photography and videography are not permitted within the venue without prior written approval and a signed agreement.

Please note that we may capture photos and videos of guests for promotional purposes across our official marketing channels, without prior written notice. By entering the venue, you consent to the possible use of your image in such content.
